 Facebook (Meta) moving towards unpopularity?

Meta Networks has the second largest digital advertising platform in the world after Google. The company says it also suffered losses due to a change in privacy rules in Apple's operating system.

Facebook has always been a growing platform. Since its inception, the global statistics have been moving in the same direction, but in the last few years, its popularity has waned in the United States and Europe. All of this was hidden because of the increase in other parts of the world.

Today, Facebook is not as popular among young people as it used to be. He himself admitted that Tik Tok was harming his business.

The company also hinted at a slowdown in its revenue growth, citing a lack of competition and advertising from companies such as Tic Tok and YouTube.

Shares of Meta Networks have fallen nearly 20% since the markets closed in New York. The fall has cost the company about  200 billion.

But there are other reasons why Meta investors are worried. Meta changed its name so that they could focus on metaverse, but meta is still a long way from becoming a metaverse and is currently a dream.

But they are still investing billions of dollars in it because Mark Zuckerberg believes that there will be demand for it in the future, which is tantamount to taking a huge risk.

You might be thinking that maybe the quick solution to meta problems is to buy tick tock? But authorities in the United States will not allow this to happen because of anti-lease laws, and many in Silicon Valley are beginning to see Facebook as a failed brand. Unlike ten years ago, there is no popular place to do this today.

That is why it has become so difficult to attract new talent. There are going to be serious challenges for Meta in the future and this is probably the beginning of it.
