Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has called on OIC member states to consider mediating between Russia and Ukraine and assist in a "ceasefire".Addressing a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Imran Khan said: "Like everyone else in the world, we are concerned about what is happening in Ukraine.

Speaking on the dispute between Russia and Ukraine, Imran Khan said, "I suggest to the OIC that during the Foreign Ministers' talks, we should think about how we can represent one and a half billion people." How can we mediate, how can we make a ceasefire, how can we end this conflict.

The 48-day two-day 48th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is being held in Islamabad, hosted by Pakistan, and will be attended by foreign ministers, observers and guests from more than 46 Muslim countries.However,foreign minister of  Afganistan  Sorry for not attending the ceremony.

Addressing the OIC meeting, the Prime Minister said: "Islamophobia has increased since 9/11, because Muslim countries have done nothing to reduce this statement. The heads of Muslim countries should have taken steps in this regard.

According to Imran Khan: "Linking Islamophobia to terrorism has made Muslims in the West more vulnerable. They are constantly enduring this, so I am very happy to see this for the first time. It is acknowledged that Islamophobia is one thing.

OIC can play the role of mediator in the Ukraine and Russia war, the conflict has led to rising petrol and wheat prices in the world, a stable Afghanistan is the only way to stop global terrorism.In his address, the Prime Minister also drew attention to the crisis in Afghanistan and said that the people of Afghanistan do not like anyone to dictate to them.
